Returns are permitted if items are damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, items cannot be returned due to change of mind. If on a rare occasion an item is faulty, our manufacturer will replace it. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will respond promptly. However, if the fault cannot be confirmed by email, our manufacturer may require the item to be returned for inspection. Please do not return the item without contacting first and completing the returns process. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for non-faulty goods.
